Antoinette Hatfield Hall

This iconic theater on Broadway was refurbished in 2020 for Pacificmark Construction.

Hillside Manor

This nine-story residential tower was renovated in 2022 for Walsh Construction.

Multnomah County Central Library

This library was carefully restored in 2023 in partnership with Swinerton Construction.

University of Oregon Portland, Library and Learning Center

This 75,000 SF building was renovated in 2024 for Howard S Wright Construction as part of the University of Oregon’s new Portland campus.

Washington County Juvenile Services Building

This building in Hillsboro was renovated in 2023 for Washington County, to serve as a community center for at-risk youth.

The Poulsen House

This historical house was built over 130 years ago and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and was intricately restored in 2021.

Starlight Apartments

This 79,000 SF mixed-use building was completed in 2022 for Walsh Construction, in partnership with Central City Concern.

Tigard Senior Center and Housing

These buildings were completed in 2023 for Walsh Construction in partnership with Washington County, and includes 68,000 SF of housing as well as a 6,000 SF senior center.

Fairfield Apartments

This renovation of a 28,000 SF residential building in downtown Portland was completed in 2024 for Walsh Construction.
